To Whom It May Concern

When Wollstonecraft wrote her dedicatory letter, she had a specific reader in mind and a specific flaw in the French Constitution. As noted in class, Wollstonecraft wanted all of us to be "human creatures" and not socially, morally segregated due to sex. For homework, finish reading the introduction and be ready to chat tomorrow. We will also review vocabulary -- all 20 words will be on the next quiz -- and (finally) go over those pesky rangefinders.
